This research aimed to find out the effects of institusional ownership,
independent commissioner board, and commissioner board on debt to assets ratio
and systematic risk. The research objects were 87 samples of manufacturing
companies registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange within 2013-2015. The
sampling technique was purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using
multiple regression analysis, descriptive statistic, classic assumption test, and
hypothesis testing. The research result showed that regression coefficient of test
(partial) of institusional ownership had no significant effects on debt to asset ratio.
Meanwhile, the independent commissioner board, and commissioner board had
significant effects on debt to asset ratio. Furthermore, tehe institusionall
ownership, independent commissioner board, and commissioner board partially
had no effects on systematic risk.
