Augmented Reality (AR) is one of the technologies that are currently developing.
Augmented Reality (AR) is a technology that visualizes the real world with an
engineering objects designed into a model. This visualization model can help the
process of teaching and learning. In addition, AR is quite easy to use and does not
require costs to run it and AR technology can be utilized only with a smarthphone
camera. This study uses Augmented Reality with the Marker Based Tracking
method made using the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) system
development method. The purpose of this research is to build tools in the form
learning media applications for the introduction of computer hardware. The result
of this research is the application of the introduction of computer hardware using
augmented reality that has features to display 3D objects and explanations of
computer hardware material and this application can be used.
