This study is intended to determine the influence of managerial, institutional
and independent board of commissioners ownership on the value of the
Company with profitability as an intervening variable, (study of the Health
subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange) 2019-2022. The sample in
this study is healthcare companies listed on the IDX in 2019-2022. And using
purposive sampling techniques to obtain samples that match the criteria needed,
so that 19 samples of the Company were obtained. The data analysis method
uses multiple regression using the SPSS application. The results showed that
managerial and institutional ownership had a significant effect on the value of
the Company, while the independent board of commissioners had no effect on
the value of the Company. And for the intervening variable, namely profitability
as mediating managerial, institutional and independent board of commissioner
ownership, the value of the Company is able and significant as mediating the
variable.
