The type of research used is quantitative research to determine the influence
of ease, transaction security, benefits and word of mouth on the decision to
use the DANA e-wallet. Sampling in this study used the Qouta sampling
technique with predetermined criteria and a sample of 120 respondents was
obtained. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistics, validity,
reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, determinant
coefficients, model feasibility, multiple linear regression and T test. The
results of this research explain that transaction security variables and word of
mouth have a positive and significant effect on usage decisions. ease of use
and benefits have a positive and insignificant effect on the decision to use.
