Study This aim for know and analyze influence Website Quality, E-Service Quality and E-Trust to Loyalty Customer user Shopee in Purwokerto. Taking sample use method Purposive Sampling through questionnaire . The sample used a total of 127 users Shopee . Researcher analyze data using multiple linear regression with application Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Research results This showing that Website Quality , E -Service Quality ,and E-Trust influential in a manner simultaneous to Loyalty Customer. Website Quality Has no effect to Loyalty Customer . E-Service Quality influential positive and significant to Loyalty Customers , E-trusts influential positive and significant to Loyalty Customer . Based on coefficient test results adjusted R² determination by 48.7% means variable Website Quality, E-Service Quality , and E-Trust can explain loyalty customer user Shopee as marketplace selected of 48.7% and 52.3% explained with factor other.
