The purpose of this study was to analyze workload, work stress and work
motivation on the performance of inpatient nurses at RS PKU Muhammadiyah
Gombong. The population of this study were all inpatient nurses at RS PKU
Muhammadiyah Gombong. The sampling technique uses probability sampling
technique with accidental sampling method. This study used a sample of 60
respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using
multiple linear regression test. The results of the regression analysis show that
simultaneously workload, work stress and work motivation have a significant effect
on employee performance. Workload partially does not have a significant negative
effect on nurse performance. Work stress partially have a significant negative effect
on nurse performance. Work motivation partially have a significant positive effect
on nurse performance.
