Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the variables of work discipline,
compensation and work environment on employee performance at PD Mujur Jaya
Soun Factory Cilacap. This type of research uses quantitative research. The
population in this study were employees at PD Mujur Jaya Cilacap Vermicelli
Factory, totaling 230 employees. The samples in the research were drying
department employees. Sampling in this research used purposive sampling
technique. Based on the criteria, a sample size of 125 respondents was obtained
from PD Mujur Jaya Cilacap Vermicelli Factory employees. The data analysis
techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple
linear regression analysis test, coefficient of determination test, F-test and T-test.
The research results explain that the variables of work discipline, compensation
and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee
performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee
performance. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee
performance. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on
employee performance.
