Abstract
This study aimed to provide empirical evidence of the effects of profitability, company size, investment decision, dividend policy, liabilities policy, and managerial ownership on company value in manufacturing companies in Indonesia. The population was manufacturing companies of the consumer goods sector listed Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling mehod used purposive sampling with 48 samples of 17 companies during the third period of 2013-2015. Methods of data analysis used multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicated that (1) the profitability affected positively on company value, (2) the size of the company did not affect the company value, (3) the investment decision had positive effect on the company value, (4) the dividend policy did not affect the company value, (5) liability policy had no effect on company value, (6) managerial ownership had a positive effect on company value.
