Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of service quality, electronic word of mouth and attractiveness on purchasing decisions. Sample selection in this research was carried out using purposive sampling. Based on the criteria, 130 respondents were obtained as samples. The data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive statistics, instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis tests, coefficient of determination, t test. Based on the analysis results, it shows that Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Electronic Word Of Mouth has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Advertising Attractiveness has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.
