This research aims to determine how much influence human resource planning,
recruitment, selection and job placement has on employee performance at the
DINPORABUDPAR. The population in this study were all civil servants from the
Banyumas Regency DINPORABUDPAR, totaling 94 employees. The sampling
method in this research is by using a saturated sampling technique. The data
analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, t test and f test. The results
of tests carried out on the variables of human resource planning and recruitment
did not have a significant effect on the performance of Banyumas Regency
DINPORABUDPAR employees, while the results carried out on the selection and
job placement variables had a significant effect on the performance of Banyumas
Regency DINPORABUDPAR employees. The results of the f test carried out on
the variables of human resource planning, recruitment, selection and job
placement show that they simultaneously have a significant effect on the
performance of Banyumas Regency DINPORABUDPAR employees.
