This research aims to conduct a cost and income analysis of printed red sugar at CV Putra Karya Zugar, identify challenges and solutions faced by CV Putra Karya Zugar, and assess the feasibility of the red sugar business at CV Putra Karya Zugar in Candinegara Village, Pekuncen District, Banyumas Regency. The research utilizes a mixed-method approach, combining qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. Primary and secondary data are employed for the study, with key informants including the owner of CV Putra Karya Zugar, as well as representatives from the production and finance divisions. The findings reveal that CV Putra Karya Zugar incurs an average annual cost of IDR.12,873,733,700, while its annual income amounts to IDR.1,104,166,300. The company encounters challenges in sourcing primary materials. The feasibility level of CV Putra Karya Zugar is determined through financial indicators, with a B/C Ratio of 0.08, R/C Ratio of 1.08, Break-Even Point (BEP) for the product at 921,045.7 kg, and BEP for the price at IDR.12,826/kg. The Net Present Value (NPV) is calculated at IDR.4,867,944,207, and the Return on Investment (ROI) analysis yields a figure of 9%.
