A disaster is an event or a series of events that threaten and disrupt the lives and
livelihoods of the community, caused by both natural and non-natural factors, resulting in loss
of human life, environmental damage, property loss, and psychological impacts. A landslide is
the downward movement of rocks and soil along the surface. This research aims to determine
the Landslide Vulnerability Classification in Cilongok District, Banyumas Regency. The
method used in this research was the Survey method. The data analysis technique used slope,
rainfall, soil type, rock type, and land use, analyzed using the Scoring method. The results of
this research show that Cilongok District has three levels of landslide vulnerability, namely:
high vulnerability covering an area of 1568.65 Ha (11.79%), moderate vulnerability covering
an area of 5223.9 Ha (39.26%), and low vulnerability covering an area of 6511.76 Ha (48.94%).
Through mapping the landslide vulnerability levels, this research provides information for local
governments to develop comprehensive landslide disaster management. Furthermore, in-depth
research is needed to better understand landslide risk and the relationships between these
factors.
