Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of non-performing financing, liquidity, market share, third party funds, bank size, and operational efficiency on profitability. The sample used in this study is Islamic banking sector companies registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) for the period 2017-2022.The sampling technique used was the census method and obtained a sample of 71 companies that met the criteria. The data analysis technique used is multiple linier regression analysis using SPSS. The results showed that liquidity, market share, third party funds, bank size have no effect on profitability. Non-performing financing and operational efficiency has a negative effect on profitability.
