Abstract

Every boarding educational institution must have a religiosity development
system, as well as the K.H Abu Dardiri Superior Dormitory at Muhammadiyah
University, Purwokerto. The existence of this cadre mahasantri religiosity
development system is an effort to foster and cadre in order to produce cadres who
are able to continue the struggle of Muhammadiyah da'wah. The purpose of this
study was to determine the system for fostering religiosity for student cadres at the
Unggulan K.H Abu Dardiri Dormitory, Muhammadiyah University, Purwokerto.
This research is a type of field research with a qualitative approach. Data
collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The
collected data were analyzed using a descriptive method, namely describing the
description of the data obtained and linking them to one another to obtain a general
conclusion.
This research shows that the system for fostering religiosity for mahasantri
cadres at the Unggulan K.H Abu Dardiri Dormitory at Muhammadiyah University
Purwokerto has components that include mechanisms, programs, objectives, and
evaluation of guidance for mahasantri cadres. The mechanism for fostering
religiosity has 2 points of coaching, namely administration and practice. The
administration itself has periodic updates, namely daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly
and semester. hatib and all that they want to be involved for sure the worship is
already good and in the end they want to be assigned because he is used to worship
and those who have never been involved it will not be possible for him to be ready
because indeed he does not have the capacity or readiness because surely that
capacity or readiness comes from an impulse of the soul and must be involved in a
relationship with God only after that he relates to humans.
