Nasyiatul Aisyiyah is an Islamic organization engaged in the field of women and religion. As a women's organization, Nasyiatul Aisyiyah encourages young women to be an example for a pioneer and pioneer for young women in organization. With the establishment of Nasyiatul Aisyiyah, it became a place for young women to work and develop Islamic values. Women's empowerment is an effort by women to gain access to and control of resources, economic, political, socio-cultural so that women can organize themselves and increase their confidence to be able and actively participate in solving problems. The purpose of this study was to determine the history of the establishment of the Nasyiatul Aisyiyah organization, to find out how the role of Nasyiatul Aisyiyah towards women in Merden village in 2016-2022 and to find out the obstacles and solutions to Nasyiatul Aisyiyah. this research uses historical research methods, Heuristics collecting historical sources, criticism testing the authenticity of sources, interpretation is interpretation, and histooriography compiling historical sources. The results show that the branch leadership of Nasyiatul Aisyiyah Merden has a sufficient role for women, it's just that it hasn't been able to spread thoroughly to Merden's young women, and the development of the role of Nasyiatul Aisyiyah which is still growing until now can carry out various trainings and activities that are more organized and modern following the times.
