Abstract

In the implementation of learning, the media has an important meaning,
because in these activities the lack of clarity in the material being conveyed can
be helped by presenting the media as an intermediary. The purpose of this study
was to determine the effect of instructional media on student achievement in the
subject of moral ethics.
This research is a type of quantitative research where this research will
produce biform data which will be processed using statistical methods. The
approach in this research is to use a quantitative descriptive approach, namely
scientific research that is systematic with respect to parts and phenomena as well
as causality of related relationships. The research subjects used were class XI
students at SMK Muhammadiyah 07 Randudongkal. With the data collection
instrument technique, namely the questionnaire as a data collection tool with a
number of questions that must be answered by the respondent then, namely the
documentation analysis technique looking for data in the form of notes,
transcripts, and so on.
Based on the results of data analysis, the t count is 4.117 while the t table
value is 1.696 and has a significant value of O.OOO. Because the significant value
< 0.05 and t count > t table (4.117 > 1.696) means that Learning Media has a
positive and significant effect on Student Learning Achievement so that it can be
said that HO is rejected and Ha is accepted. The results of the analysis of the R
Square value of the regression model formed in this study amounted to 0.307 or
30. 7%. This shows that the independent variable (learning media) influences the
dependent variable (student achievement) by 30. 7%, while the remaining 69.3% is
influenced by other variables not examined.
