The study titled "Types of Phonemic Changes in Children Aged 2 - 5 Years at the Child Care Center (TPA) Sekar Kemuning, Kembaran District, Banyumas Regency" aims to describe the types of phonemic changes in children aged 2 - 5 years at the care center. This is a qualitative descriptive study. The research data consists of the speech of children aged 2 - 5 years with phonemic changes at the care center. The data sources for this study are 15 children aged 2 - 5 years at TPA Sekar Kemuning, Kembaran District, Banyumas Regency. This study consists of three stages: (1) data collection, (2) data analysis, and (3) presentation of data analysis results. In presenting the results of data analysis, the researcher used basic techniques such as recording and advanced techniques, including observation participatory method, tapping, and note-taking. The researcher uses two methods for data analysis: the comparative and distributional methods. The comparative method uses the dividing key-factors (PUP) technique, while the distributional method uses the segmenting immediate constituents (BUL) technique. In presenting the results of data analysis, the researcher employs both formal and informal methods. The results of this study indicate that the types of phonemic changes found in the speech of children aged 2 - 5 years at TPA Sekar Kemuning, Kembaran District, Banyumas Regency, consist of (1) substitution, (2) assimilation, (3) monophthongization, (4) anaptyxis, and (5) zeroization.
