E-learning OnClass Muhammadiyah University Purwokerto (OnClass UMP) learning system is developed by Muhammadiyah University Purwokerto, which aims to be a medium for academic activities. User satisfaction is an important matter which is a benchmark for determining the success of implementing a system, but currently the OnClass UMP e-learning has never evaluated satisfaction factors based on user perceptions from the student's point of view, so analysis is needed to measure the level of user satisfaction. Efforts were made to achieve UMP OnClass user satisfaction with the domain https://onclass.ump.ac.id., researchers used the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model. EUCS has five variables, namely Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease of Use, and Timeliness. The sampling technique used was random sampling, with a total of 99 students as respondents. Then the data that has been obtained is processed using SPSS software version 25.0. The results of this study were 61 out of 99 respondents who were satisfied with the OnClass e-learning at the University of Muhammadiyah Purwokerto.
