The internet network in a school must also be analyzed so that it can be seen
whether network users or customers are satisfied or not with the network
facilities provided. By knowing the network analysis, it can be concluded that
SMK Negeri 2 Cilacap has a good network or not so that it becomes one of
the references for schools to provide better services for students and
employees. Network analysis using QoS (Quality of Service) in particular is
throughput, packet loss, delay and jitter which is able to provide good
network analysis, where this aspect is often used in network analysis. QoS is
defined as one of the mechanisms or ways that allow services to operate
according to their respective characteristics in an IP (Internet Protocol)
network. QoS refers to the ability of a network to provide better service to a
given network traffic through different technologies. Based on the results of
data analysis on the internet network of SMK Negeri 2 Cilacap using the QoS
method, it can be concluded that by assessing Throughput, Packet Loss,
Delay and Jitter, the average results are the same, namely in the very good
category.
