Abstract
This research aims to explain whether the variables of Workload, Non-Physical Work
Environment, and Job Satisfaction significantly influence Employee Performance at PMI
Banyumas Regency. It also seeks to determine which variable among the three,
Workload, Non-Physical Work Environment, and Job Satisfaction, has the most
significant impact. The research adopts proportionate purposive sampling, where the
branch manager selects employees who are deemed to have better potential than others,
totaling 119 employees. The data collection method involves conducting direct interviews
with employees directly involved in the issues and administering questionnaires to
employees relevant to the ongoing research. The data is analyzed using quantitative
methods, including validity test, reliability test, normality test (normality,
multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity), multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient
of determination (R2), t-test, and F-test, with the assistance of SPSS 25 software. The
research findings indicate that Workload, Non-Physical Work Environment, and Job
Satisfaction collectively have a significant influence on Employee Performance at PMI
Banyumas Regency . Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on Employee
Performance, meaning that increased Job Satisfaction will enhance Employee
Performance at PMI Banyumas Regency. However, the variables of Workload and Non-
Physical Work Environment do not have a partial effect on employee performance at PMI
Banyumas Regency. The coefficient of determination or R Square is 0.092.
