Abstract

Kepuasan Pengguna in using a website or application is very important to note, because it will affect the quality of the application. The Tiktokshop application is an application platform that not only provides entertainment content but is equipped with online shopping features on this platform. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of satisfaction of Tiktokshop application users in the Purbalingga Regency area. The method used in this research is Webqual 4.0 using a questionnaire as a material to obtain data and spss tools to process the data that has been obtained by conducting validity and reliability tests, linear regression tests and the coefficient of determination. The results of the study found that the variable that has the most influence on Kepuasan Pengguna is Kualitas Informasi by 40.9%, while kegunaan is 10.1% and Kualitas Interaksi is only 6,4%. With the results of R square and anova test of 40.8, it can be concluded that all Kepuasan Pengguna variables can be accepted. These results support that the three independent variables simultaneously affect the dependent variable.
