This study aims is examine the effect of leverage and profitability on company
value wit company size as a moderating variable. This research is a quantitative
research. The data source used is secondary data in the form of the company’s
annual financial statements. The population used in this study are Jakarta Islamic
Index (JII70) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2021. Sampling was
done by purposive sampling with pooled unbalance sample obtained 74
companies as sample with 142 data observations. The data analysis method used
logistic regression analysis using the Statistical Package for Social Science
(SPSS) version 25 program. profitability has positive effect on company value,
leverage has no effect on company value, company size has no effect on company
value, company size is not able to strengthen the profitability of the firm value,
company size is not able to strengthen the leverage of the firm value.
