Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style, financial compensation, work discipline and work motivation on the performance of Cilacap District Transportation Office employees. Sampling using non-probability sampling technique through a questionnaire. The sample used was 106 employees. The analysis technique used in this study uses the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that : 1) leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2) financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 3) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 4) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the test results of the adjusted R2 coefficient of determination of 55.5%.
