Islamic religious education learning strategies are techniques, procedures, and
learning models used so that the teachings of Islam can be learned, understood, lived
out, and practiced in everyday life. This is none other than an effort to shape the
religious character of students in order to realize a religious society. This study aims
to describe; the planning of Aqidah Akhlaq learning strategy in shaping religious
character, the implementation of Aqidah Akhlaq learning strategy in shaping
religious character, and describe the impact of Aqidah Akhlaq learning strategy in
shaping students' religious character at SMK Muhammadiyah Majenang. The
research learning strategy in this study uses a qualitative type. This research
successfully found that: 1) the Aqidah Akhlaq learning strategy in shaping students'
religious character in preparing lesson plans, and learning evaluations; 2) the
implementation of strengthening religious values as student character is carried out
through strategies for understanding, habituation and role modeling of religious
values; 3) as for the religious values developed include worship, the value of ruhul
jihad, the value of trust and sincerity, the value of morals and discipline, and the
value of exemplary.
This research type is qualitative research. To obtain valid data, the author uses data
collection strategies, namely interviews, observation and documentation. There are
two data sources in this study, namely primary data sources and secondary data
sources. After the data is collected, the author analyzes it with a qualitative
descriptive strategy.
The results that can be drawn from this research are the Pumping Student Strategy in
Learning Aqidah Akhlaq Subjects at Smk Muhammadiyah Majenang, Cilacap
Regency is able to motivate all students and female students so that superior
Muhammadiyah cadres are born.
