Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of free cash flow and liquidity on
dividend policy with firm size as a moderating variable. The population in this
study is the Customer NonCyclicals sector companies listed on the IDX. The
sample selection used the purposive sampling method, obtained 45 companies
with a total of 110 observation data. The analysis technique used in this study was
multiple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) using
SPSS.The results of this study indicate that. (1) Free cash flow has no effect on
dividend policy. (2) Liquidity has no effect on dividend policy. (3) Firm size does
not strengthen the effect of free cash flow on dividend policy. (4) Firm size does
not strengthen the effect of liquidity on dividend policy.
