This study aims to examine the effect of company size, operational
costs, managerial ownership, and leverage on ROA. This research is
a quantitative study. The data source used is secondary data in the
form of the company's annual financial report. The population used
in this study is Sharia Commercial Bank companies registered with
the Financial Services Authority (OJK) for 2020-2022. Sampling
was carried out by sampling technique with pooled unbalance
sample and obtained 12 companies as samples with 36 observational
data. The data analysis method used is logistic regression analysis
using the Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) version 25.
The results of this study indicate that company size has no effect on
return on assets, operational costs have a negative effect on return
on assets, managerial ownership has no effect . on return on assets,
and leverage has no effect on return on assets.
