Abstract

This study aimed to determine the impact of information technology on improving the
organizational performance of Jannat Hunt Oil Exploration and Production Company in
the Republic of Yemen and Pertamina Company in the Republic of Indonesia, and we
were to determine the level of information technology and the level of improving
organizational performance in the companies, and to achieve this, the study used the
descriptive analytical approach, in the study of the community represented by all
employees of the company Jannah Hunt, whose number is (202) workers, and some
employees the company Pertamina whose number is (70) employees, and after data was
collected from them, many statistical methods were used to analyze the data and test the
study hypotheses. The most important result of the study is that there is a strong positive
effect of information technology on improving organizational performance at Jannah
Hunt Company and Pertamina Company the more information technology is used, the
greater the improvement of organizational performance in Jannah Hunt Company and
Pertamina Company, and the study also found that there are statistically significant
differences in the response The study sample about the level of information technology
is attributed to the variables of gender and job position, while no differences appeared
due to the educational level variable. Horsepower is attributed to the gender variable and
the job position variable, and based on the results reached, the study recommended more
attention to information technology in its six dimensions by Janna Hunt and keeping up
with everything new in information technology, because it significantly improves
organizational performance, As well as the need for more attention to the human
resource and the provision of the latest software in the world of information technology,
to achieve further improvement in the organizational performance of the Janna Hunt Oil
Exploration and Production Company in the Republic of Yemen and Pertamina
Company in the Republic of Indonesia.
