Abstract

The existence of a youth organization absolutely requires efforts to
develop a spiritual mentality in the context of forming a strong and firm young
soul. for the implementation of these efforts, it is necessary to have a manual such
as a module or the like. KOKAM as one of the youth organizations that has been
around for a long time, from 1965 to the present, does not yet have a guidance
guide on mental-spiritual coaching methods. Therefore this research seeks to be
able to realize the intended guide,
This type of research is development research. The research and
development used is the ADDIE version of the development model (Analysis,
Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The ADDIE version of the
development model consists of five stages, namely analysis, design, development,
implementation and evaluation. However, in this stage the researcher only uses
three stages, namely analysis, design and development. The subjects in this study
were KOKAM members and took samples at the Binangun Branch of KOKAM.
The instruments used were interviews and questionnaires. The questionnaire was
used to determine the feasibility of the books that were made. Interviews were
used to find out the conditions and needs of KOKAM members.
The results of the research and development in the form of a book on
mental-spiritual coaching methods for KOKAM to increase the spirit of
organization in Muhammadiyah Binangun Branch. This can be seen from the
average score of the product from the results of the expert judgment questionnaire
and the results of the respondent's questionnaire as a user. From the expert
judgment questionnaire, it is included in the appropriate category with the Likert
scale assessment results with an average score of content feasibility 3.8 (very
good), presentation aspect 4.6 (very good) and media aspect 4.7 (very good).
