This study aimed to determine the job specifications, the work time allocation,
and the wages of agricultural workers in mustard farming in Kutabawa Village,
Karangreja District, Purbalingga Regency. The method employed was a
descriptive survey analysis method. The data utilized were primary and secondary
data. The sampling was conducted using simple random sampling, involving 54
agricultural workers in mustard farming. The research findings revealed six job
specifications: land preparation, seedling cultivation, maintenance, planting,
irrigation, harvesting, and post-harvest activities. The obtained work time
allocation amounted to 11.44 HKO forthe 6 job specifications. The average daily
wage was Rp. 50,000, and the average wage per planting season was Rp. 916,000.
