Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of
Transformational Leadership Organizational Commitment and Organizational
Culture on the performance of employees of PT. Andhika Bangun Perkasa. This
research is a quantitative study using a questionnaire of 100 respondents to
employees of PT. Andhika Wake Mighty. The sampling technique used is saturated
sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple
linear regression analysis. The results of the research show that Transformational
Leadership, Organizational Commitment and Organizational Culture
simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.
Transformaational Leadership partially has a positive and significant effect on
employee performance, Organizational Commitment partially has a positive and
significant effect on employee performance, Organizational Culture partially has
a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
