In 2022, there are several data showing that vaccination participants who
have done vaccine 1 but at the time of checking on the peduli lindungi application
have done vaccines 2 and 3 circulating at the Banjar Patroman city health office
who have omitted in entering vaccine data. The existence of the Personal Data
Protection Law provides protection for individual information that has just been
legalized with higher legal force to protect individual information of every
resident in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is for legal protection, solving
cases of negligence in inputting data on vaccine participants 2 and 3 of the
Banjar Patroma City Health Office. The research method used in this study is
normative juridical, through a statutory approach and a case approach. The
result of this study is the recovery of personal data of legal subjects and mediation
of problems with the personal data controller of the Banjar City Health Office.
The data controller must be responsible for losses received by the subject due to
negligence in managing personal data, personal data that should be protected by
the government but unfortunately it is the party who negligent in the input of
vaccine data.
