Abstract

Fiqh lessons are lessons that contain knowledge that studies sharia that are
amaliah (actions) obtained from detailed legal arguments from that knowledge.
Therefore, variations in teaching are needed, namely by using the Jigsaw
cooperative learning method. Cooperative learning Jigsaw method is a learning
model that is currently widely used to realize student-centered teaching and
learning activities, consisting of several members in one group who are
responsible for mastering a part of the learning material and are able to teach that
part to other members in the group. The purpose of this study was to determine
the correlation between Jigsaw type cooperative learning and student achievement
in class X H SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Purbalingga.
This study uses a type of quantitative research, with data collection
techniques in the form of questionnaires and documentation. The research
subjects were students of class X H at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Purbalingga. The
data analysis used was using a questionnaire and pretest and posttest values. The
collected data will be analyzed quantitatively using the SPSS version 20.0
application, namely using the Pearson product moment correlation test.
The results of this study indicate that there is no correlation between
Jigsaw Cooperative Learning and Student Achievement in Fiqh subjects at
Muhammadiyah 1 Purbalingga High School. This is shown by the evidence: (1) rcount
is smaller than r-table/ (r-h = 0.162) < (r-t 0.339) so there is no correlation.
(2) significant value (P-value = 0.359) this value is greater than alpha/(0.359) > α
(0.05) which means that Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected.
