Abstract

Islamic bank is a bank that collects and distributes funds from the
community back to the community in need using Islamic principles. One product
that distributes funds to the public is the Micro People's Business Credit (KUR).
Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Ajibarang, Banyumas Regency is one of the banks
that provides this product. The purpose of this research is to find out the Islamic
marketing strategy for KUR Micro products at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP
Ajibarang.
This type of research is field research. The approach used in this research is
descriptive qualitative where the research results are presented descriptively. Data
collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The data
analysis technique used is descriptive method so that the data needs to be through
clear and detailed sentences.
The results of the research show that the application of the Islamic
marketing strategy for Micro KUR products is very helpful for MSMEs and small
entrepreneurs by educating people who do not know. Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP
Ajibarang maximizes marketing through BSI mobile banking because it keeps up
with the times. Not only online but the Islamic marketing strategy also uses an
offline strategy by conducting outreach, door to door or by holding an event.
supporting the Islamic marketing strategy for Micro KUR products at the
Indonesian Sharia Bank KCP Ajibarang is by becoming one of the Factors of the
Indonesian Sharia Bank in Ajibarang Regency, while the inhibiting factor is due to
using strategies both online and offline, while the constraints are with very deep
locations and in. paths that do not support or elderly parents who need repeated
guidance, online constraints such as signal difficulties and people who do not have
gadgets online.
