Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality,
location, and taste on consumer satisfaction. This research uses a quantitative
method, the sampling technique is purposive sampling, the number of samples is
100 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive
statistical analysis test, data instrument test, classical assumption test, model fit
test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis testing. This study uses an
analytical tool in the form of SPSS. Service quality and taste have a positive and
significant effect on customer satisfaction, while location has no effect on
consumer satisfaction.
