Abstract

Education is the cooperation between adults and people who have not
been able to help human progress organized towards values and the preservation
of the turn of events and cultures associated with it seeks to foster human
existence. The pesantren environment is the main consideration in an effort to
realize the learning progress of students who are mentally and emotionally
effective. Seeing how important the ability to appreciate someone deeply in
everyday life, it must be created in every student, one of which is through learning
Akidah Akhlak. The relationship between the ability to understand students in
depth and learn Akidah Akhlak has a very impressive relationship considering
that the ability to understand students at its core lies in the heart, as well as
Akidah Akhlak.
This research is a type of field research. The subjects in this study were
Akidah Akhlak teachers and several MTs Muhammadiyah Merden students. Data
were collected by observation, interview, and documentation methods. Data is
analyzed in a qualitative descriptive manner through data reduction, data
presentation (data display), and conclusion drawing (conclucion
drawing/verification).
The results of this study show that the implementation of the pesantren
environment and emotional intelligence on the learning achievement of Akidah
Akhlak at Daarul Faalah Merden Islamic Boarding School are as follows: 1) the
role of the pesantren environment on student learning 2) there are differences in
the emotional intelligence of each individual student 3) the importance of the role
of Akidah Akhlak teachers to strengthen emotional intelligence and achievement
of student Akidah Akhlak learning.
