Abstract

Work agreements are agreements made between employers and workers/laborers.
This work agreement is divided into two, namely a Fixed Time Work Agreement
(PKWT) and an Indefinite Time Work Agreement (PKWTT). Work agreements are
regulated in Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower. The purpose of this
research is to find out the implementation of work agreements for outsourcing
workers. And to know the legal protection for outsourced workers. The type of
research used is Normative-Empirical research, namely research that examines the
implementation of positive legal provisions (legislation) and written documents in
action (factual) against a certain legal event that occurs in society. As well as using
the Statute Approach and Case Approach methods. Through interviews with
respondents and existing laws and regulations, it was found that some
implementations of work agreements between outsourced workers and PT
Pertamina International Refinery Unit IV Cilacap have not been implemented in
accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
