Abstract

Digital literacy is a person's ability to use the internet or digital media. Digital literacy is one of the supports for developing students' knowledge. By incorporating digital literacy into the history of Islamic culture, it is hoped that it will foster student interest in learning. The purpose of this study was to find out whether there is an effect of digital literacy on student learning interests in Islamic cultural history subject class X at MAN 2 Banyumas. This research is a quantitative type using statistical inference. Collection techniques using questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The sample used was 65 students X IPS 1, X IPA 1 and Islamic cultural history teachers. The results of the study showed that there was an effect of digital literacy on students' learning interest in Islamic cultural history subjects in class X MAN 2 Banyumas. Shown by the acquisition of correlation test analysis r-count 0.630> r-table 0.244 means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, with 0.630 r-count included in the strong or high category. According to the data, there is a relationship between the effect of digital literacy on learning interest, obtaining a P-value of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Analysis of the R square value shows the effect of digital literacy of 40% on student learning interests at MAN 2 Banyumas, while 60% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
