Project Management is the process of planning, organizing, leading and controlling company resources to achieve predetermined short-term goals. In construction project management, scheduling is a major role in monitoring, utilizing, and allocating timely use of resources in construction. The construction project for Building II TK SD Muhammadiyah University Purwokerto is a project owned by Muhammadiyah University Purwokerto with an implementing contractor from PT. Krakatau Indah and UMP's Civil Engineering Bureau (BTS) as supervisory consultants. In this research, the calculation of project duration scheduling will be carried out using the Line Of Balance and Precedence Diagram Method. MS.Project software is used to calculate work duration using the Precedence Diagram Method, and for project scheduling calculations the Line Of Balance method uses MS software. Excel. Based on the results of calculating the duration of work on the Construction of Building II Kindergarten SD Muhammadiyah University Purwokerto, the duration results are obtained: the Line Of Balance method with the result that the duration of the work is 396 days starting April 1 2022 to March 4 2023, while the Precedence Diagram Method requires 275 hours days and for the actual Time Schedule requires a duration of 280 days. Therefore the Precedence Diagram Method is the fastest duration method to complete the construction of Building II of Muhammadiyah University Purwokerto Elementary Kindergarten, because the duration of the work is 5 days faster than the estimated actual Time Schedule made by the owner.
