Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, work
discipline, work environment, and job satisfaction on the performance of study staff
at the Cilacap District Education and Culture Office. The population in this study
were all permanent employees of the Education Office and Cilacap Regency. The
sample in this study used the Random Sampling Technique method. With a total of
110 respondents calculated using the slovin formula. The analysis used is multiple
linear regression. The results of this study based on the results of the t test
concluded: (a) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on
employee performance (b) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on
employee performance (c) Work environment has no significant effect on employee
performance (d) Job satisfaction has no effect on employee performance.
