Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of human relations, work motivation, and effectiveness of work on the performance of employees of the Bank of Transportation of Banyumas Regency. The type research used is a quantitative research using a questionnaire of 113 respondents of the Dinas Perhubungan Banyumas. The Sampling techniques in the Service of Transportation of Banyumas Regency using saturated samples. The data analysis techniques used in this research are multiple linear regression. Based on the results of this study prove that simultaneous human relations, work motivation and work effectiveness affect the performance of employees in Dinas Perhubungan of Banyumas Regency. Partially Human Relations has no effect on employee performance. Work Motivations has no effect on employee performance, Work Effectiveness effect on employee performance.
