Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Financing (NPF), Financing to Deposite Ratio (FDR) and Operating Expenses Operating Income (BOPO) on Profitability of Islamic commercial banks during the Covid-19 pandemic. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of quarterly financial reports of Islamic commercial banks registered with the financial services authority. This research uses quantitative descriptive and produces a sample of 128 data. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using the R2 test, f test and t test. The results showed that the variables Capital Adequacy Ratio, Non Performing Financing and Financing to Deposite Ratio had no effect on Profitability, and the variable Operating Expenses Operating Income had a effect on Profitability.
