Abstract

Islamic Religious Education is a practical lesson, which means that it can be practiced in everyday life and it is not uncommon for students to memorize material and arguments in order to understand the material presented. But it is only memorized for a short time which is likely next year or even next month will have forgotten the material. In learning, students often forget about the lessons taught in the last meeting by the teacher, students even forget which material they have mastered and which material they have not mastered. Steps so that the subject matter reaches students properly requires an effective learning technique. And if you repeat memorizing again, it will take a lot of time. so it is necessary to know whether the application of Feynman's learning techniques is suitable in Islamic Religious Education (PAI).
This research is a type of quantitative research with a descriptive approach. This study uses techniques to collect data through distributing questionnaires, observation and documentation. The analysis technique uses primary data from the results of data collection, where the collected data will be analyzed quantitatively through the Google form using a descriptive method, namely describing the description of the data obtained and then connecting it to get a general conclusion.
The results of this study are that the use of Feynman learning techniques is not suitable for Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects because the characteristics of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects are different, while Feynman learning techniques are used more for complex and difficult to understand subjects. Students do not only use one learning technique in studying the subject matter of the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) family.
