Abstract
In the construction of a building, careful design is needed in order to get
maximum results, including lighting design and designing electrical power
requirements. Lighting strength (lux) at Askrindo Bogor Building is designed
based on SNI lighting strength standards and simulated using dialux software to
determine the results of lighting strength (lux) based on the calculated armature
results. Based on the planning results, the lobby area which has an area of 172 m2
uses a recess mounted lamp 2x9 watts 1800 lumens, produces a calculation of the
number of armatures of 12 pieces, and produces 140 lux after being simulated
using dialux software. The power-consumption of the Askrindo building is 106.81
kV A with a bank capacitor of 30 kVAR, so the installed power of the building is
131 kVA and the generator is 250 kV A The power distribution system uses
L VMDP, MDP and SDP panels. The farthest distance from the L VMDP panel to
the SDP panel is 200 meters with a voltage drop based on the calculation of
2.438%, and 4.65% with the ETAP software. The electrical system planning for
the Askrindo Building uses Autocad software, because it has more features and
more detailed images.
