This study aims to analyze the ease, security, risk and word of mouth on decision
to use. This study uses quantitative methods, sampling techniques using nonprobability
sampling with a purposive sampling with a total sample of 100
respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive
statistical analysis test, instrument data test, classical assumption test, multiple
linear regression test, model fit test and hypothesis test. The results showed that
ease, security, risk and word of mouth simultaneously influence the decision to
use, with ease, security and word of mouth have a positive and significant effect
on the decision to use while risk has a negative and significant effect on the
decision to use.
