The purpose of this study is to know the influence of capital structures, independent commissioners, audit committees, board of directors, and intellectual capital toward financial performance. It's a quantitative study. The data source used is secondary data in the form of the company's annual financial statements. The sample used in this study was a financial sector of 2019-2021a of 126 samples. The method of data analysis used is linear regression analysis using statistical package for social sciences (SPSS). The results of this study show the board of directors have positive effects on financial performance, independent and intellectual capital have negative effects, while the capital structure and the audit committee have no influence on financial performance.
