Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, facilities, and price perceptions on consumer satisfaction. The sample in the study was 100 as respondents who were selected based on accidental sampling. Data analysis methods used in this research are instrument test, descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously service quality, facilities and price perceptions have an effect on customer satisfaction, then service quality partially has no positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, facilities partially have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and partially price perceptions have no effect positive and significant to consumer satisfaction.
