The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of product quality, service quality, and brand image on satisfaction of consumer of Mixue in Purwoketo. This study uses a questionnaire method for data collection. The sample was selected using purposive sampling. based on the criteria obtained 110 respondents. This study uses the SPSS test tool, the research method used is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, f test, and t test. The result of this study indicate that product quality has no positive and insignificant on satisfaction consumer. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction customer, brand image has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction customer
