Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Recruitment, Selection, Job Training, and Human Resource (HR) Development on Employee Productivity at PT Haitwo Anugerah Nibras Indonesia.. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were 300 employees of PT Haitwo Anugerah Nibras Indonesia. Sampling technique Non-Probability Sampling using the slovin formula at a significance level of 5%. The number of samples is 171 respondents. Data analysis used the SPSS version 20 program which was analyzed by validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, coefficient of determination test, F-test, t-test. The results of the analysis show that Recruitment, Selection, Training, and Human Resource Development simultaneously affect Employee Productivity. Recruitment has no significant positive effect on work productivity. Selection has a significant positive effect on work productivity. Training has a significant positive effect on work productivity. Human Resource (HR) Development has a significant positive effect on work productivity
