Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality, price perception, and brand image on customer satisfaction of Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) Purbalingga. The population in this study are customers of Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) Purbalingga. This study applies a quantitative approach method. The sample used in this study is 125 respondents obtained using non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The instrument used in data collection is a questionnaire with primary data measurements. The data obtained is processed using classical assumptions, hypotheses, and multiple linear regression analysis with the analytical tool used is SPSS. The results of the study explain that the variables of service quality, price perception, and brand image simultaneously have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality partially has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Price perception has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, brand image partially has a positive and insignificant effect on customer satisfaction.
