Preparedness is a series of essential activities to anticipate disasters through organizing and appropriate and efficient steps. This study aims to determine community preparedness for landslides in Curug Muncar Village, Petungkriyono Sub-district, Pekalongan Regency. This study used a survey method with a population of 525 people. The sampling technique used area sampling, with a total sample of 30 people. Data collection techniques used a questionnaire while coding and data tabulation were employed as data management. Moreover, data analysis used data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Based on the study's results, the level of community preparedness for landslides in Curug Muncar Village, Petungkriyono Sub-district, Pekalongan Regency showed adequate to good preparedness category meaning that the community's behavior in pre-disaster preparedness was included in the adequate category. Community behavior in post-disaster preparedness was categorized as adequate.
